Our traditional beef lasagne is layered with house made pasta sheets and creamy béchamel sauce served with marinated beetroot and kale salad.

Nature knows best, so eating with the seasons ensures we get the maximum level of nutrients at that time of the year. Beetroots are a great source of vitamin C as well as iron, folate, fibre, manganese and potassium. Our farm grown Kale is packed with calcium, antioxidants and vitamin C and K.
